Overview
We have issued you RMA and RML. Please write this RMA number on the outside of the box. The RMA number is necessary for the appropriate processing of your product. If the RMA number is not included, your item may be returned to you or the refund may be delayed. Once the item reaches our warehouse within 3-5 business days we’ll process the refund. Once the refund is issued an email confirmation will be sent to you. Please make sure that item is new, unopened, unused and resalable.
